I was very impressed with Kerry's professionalism and how organised she was in regards to making this sale happen. As I had been looking at houses for sale for quite some time I said to Kerry how well the photos of the property highlighted the good points of the house. I know it helps if the property you see has that feeling when you first walk in, but it also helps if the person selling it is warm, pleasant and not forceful in not trying to push you to commit. I can't thank Kerry enough for introducing me to this home and for me to make the purchase, I could not be happier.

Just a quick email to thank you, Andrew and the Adcock Team for Making Our "Purchasing" experience an extremely pleasant one. The Adcock team was professional and efficient and the office had a happy and welcoming atmosphere. The sales associate was Nikki and from the first meeting she was very friendly, easy going and with all the facts about the house at her finger tips. No effusive ' over the top ' sales talk, yet able to highlight the best points. Nikki responded quickly and efficiently to all requests and kept me informed at all times. Information regarding purchasing a good was provided as well as details of the house I was buying.

Andrew Adcock provided details regarding signing a contract, and later information regarding settlement procedure so that at all stages I was well informed. Post settlement advice and practical information were also provided by Nikki.

Andrew and Nikki were simply excellent to deal with. From the start of the process we felt supported and had all our questions answered.
With help from Mandy and her team at Home Staging our house was sold after the first open inspection, an excellent result considering we were juggling three kids and preparing a house for sale!

During my recent dealing with Adcock Real Estate I had involvement with many aspects of their services.
Adcocks found a tenant and continued on to be the property managers. They advised on aspects of the sub-division process in relation to selling the finished products. They have marketed and sold 2 of the 3 allotments to date.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for all of your help throughout Ceit’s mum’s purchase of the Kurla Rd property.

Most impressive was your commitment to ensuring all queries were answered or resolved in a timely manner. Your consistency in returning calls & text messages in next to record time (No matter the trivial nature of said messages!) was something that impressed us all throughout the process.

Working in a service based industry myself I know all too well the value placed on making sure each client is left with the impression that they are your most precious. While I have no doubt the same level of service we received is consistent in your approach to all of your clients I felt it important to acknowledge formally.
