Our maintenance team can enter the property with our management keys if you are not present when the service person is available to carry out the maintenance or repairs.

Please Note- If Repairs required are as a result of negligence or incorrect use/monitoring/cleaning of the appliance the cost of repair will be the responsibility of the tenant.
If you request the tradesperson to come after hours, and an after hours rate is charge to us by the tradesperson, we will forward this extra rate (amount above the normal day rate) in a tax invoice to the tenant, for payment within 14 days.
