All prospective applicants are accompanied by one of our Team at either set open times or by appointment. All suitable prospective tenants will be discussed with you prior to acceptance for tenancy.
We can take care of as much or as little as you’d like when it comes to account keeping. We provide monthly and annual income and expenditure statements and also client portal access to make tax time easy.
Prior to tenancy, we complete a comprehensive written condition report with detailed photographs, ensuring an accurate record of the cleanliness and condition are captured. Regular routine inspections are also conducted to provide piece of mind with ongoing monitoring of the tenancy and your property’s general condition.
